Jarret David built IFC and is certified by the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
He is also a Golf Fitness Specialist and an instructor of Martial Fitness Kickboxing. In addition, he has earned certification in Nutrition and Menu Planning.
He has extensive understanding of the rehabilitation procedures of muscle and joint injuries. When designing custom exercise programs - Jarret incorporates Stability, Balance and Strength Training methods to ensure results and a fulfilling experience.
Jarret is a former High School Cross Country Coach. He is an avid weight trainer, distance runner,boxer and a student of Shotokan Karate.
We are proud to introduce Nichole Pesceone to the IFC personal training team. Nicki is originally from Portland, Oregon where she graduated from Portland State University with a bachelors of science. Growing up in the northwest, Nicki always held an interest in fitness, outdoors and athletics. While working on her degree she was a nutrition consultant and taught health and nutrition couses.
After the birth of her first child 2 years ago, Nicki rediscovered her love of fitness through jogging, yoga and creating her own fitness routines. By obtaining her personal training certification she looks forward to helping and inspiring others to meet and maintain their fitness goals!
"Shelly" is truly married to her work. She and Jarret are engaged and looking forward towards thier wedding.
Shelly is ACE Certified and enjoys long distance running and training her clients for similar riggors. Her specialties include Slim Fit muscle toning techniques and she is focused on improving the glutes, hamstrings and quads of her clients.
You can say that she busts butts at IFC. She is avid dancer and enjoys cardio boxing and trail running.
Currently a student at Houghton College, near Buffalo NY. Chris will be graduating in the spring of 2009 with a degree in physical fitness. He resides in New Hope when class is not in session.
Chris is an ACE certified personal trainer who specializes in core and basketball training. Chris has a passion for helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle through his creative training and motivation.
He is consistently learning new techniques and methods to better his own health and the health of others. Along with the other IFC trainers, Chris looks forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
